Common Questions

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing! It's completely free to create a guide profile. We only take a 15% platform fee when you complete a paid ride. You keep 85% of every booking.

Do I need insurance?
Riders sign liability waivers before each ride. We recommend having your own liability insurance for added protection. Check with your insurance provider about coverage for guiding activities.

How do I get paid?
We use Stripe for secure payments. After you complete your first ride, you'll connect your bank account. Earnings are automatically deposited on a weekly basis.

Can I decline booking requests?
Absolutely. You have full control over which bookings you accept. Review each request, chat with the rider, and only accept rides that work for your schedule and comfort level.

What if a rider cancels?
Our cancellation policy protects guides. Riders who cancel within 48 hours of the ride may forfeit their payment, which goes to you for the inconvenience.
